- see what type of writings your colleagues are using..
- improve vocabulary- means use the words instead of long sentences
- people spare 30 secs to read emails, so better to write short and proper sentences that are easily understandable
- Dont use - word not i,e not able - instead you can use unable

- Return the emails within same time you would a phone call I,e reply to an email like you reply to a missed call.
- Use bullets or numbers in the email
- Use Elevator summary in your emails:
This means , first paragraph in your email is the most important one. Highlight the important thing about the email, so that reader can know what email is all about.
This would be helpful if you are writing long emails.
- Make things easy to a reader
- If you have separate topics in the email, create headings and highlight them.
- Two main things in email writing are: Person and Purpose(Ex: i am writing to or i would like to).
- Sections of every email are: Referencing to prev contact(Ex: Further to our prev conversation), Thank(Ex: thank you for informative..), Introduce(Ex: My company is creating..), Background(Ex: As you would know,)
- Subject of email : concise and complete(formal or informal)
- No contractions(i'm instead of i am)
- Repeadtedly using this words(he said, So, and, ...
- Clear purpose should always be convinient for writer and aswell for reader
- Use traditional punctuations: More commas and less dashes
- Polite question form with would
- Give options(Ex: will it be convinient)
- Dtailed(Ex: I have scheduled meeting on Monday(April 27th..)
- Formal vocabulary(word 'convinient' instead of "Fewer phrasal verbs")
- Language needs to be clear and easily readable( i have attached..) in plain english
- Ellipses(using I everywhere, so instead use just will(ignore "I", subject I already stated)
- Mention Promised action((I)will + v)
- Positive close(Ex: i look forward hearing from you)
