- Open the bridge(if chairperson) or join the meeting at least few minutes a head.
- As soon as everybody joins make a Roll Call. (Roll call: the process of calling out a list of names to establish who is present.)
- Then talk about the agenda of the meeting
- Note down the minutes of the meeting
- Conclude the meeting
- Review and share the minutes after the meeting

- Please do practise the meeting session virtually before attending it live. Better write down what you wanted to talk and practise by talking about it.
- The points you would need to focus on are :
1. Audiences details and there role
2. Clear picture on agenda
3. Elaborate benifits of the meeting, bcoz everybody spend there time, so its better if you make everybody feel its usefull
4. Always be prepared with 2 steps ahead of every area. By doing this you will be confident and do not panic if any unfamiliar question pitches in.
